Section 321.216A - Falsifying driver's licenses, nonoperator's identification cards, or formsIt is a serious misdemeanor for a person to do any of the following:
1. Make a driver's license, a nonoperator's vehicle identification card, or a blank driver's license form if the person has no authority or right to make the license, card, or form.2. Obtain, possess, or have in the person's control or on the person's premises, driver's license or nonoperator's identification card forms.3. Obtain, possess, or have in the person's control or on the person's premises, a driver's license or a nonoperator's identification card, or blank driver's license or nonoperator's identification card form, which has been made by a person having no authority or right to make the license, card, or form.4.
