Section 275.37A - Decrease in number of directors1. A change from seven to five directors shall be effected in a district at the first regular school election after authorization by the voters in the following manner: a. If at the first election in the district there are four terms expiring, two directors shall be elected. At the second election in that district, if three terms are expiring, three directors shall be elected.b. If at the first election there are three terms expiring, one director shall be elected. At the second election in that district, if four terms are expiring, three directors shall be elected for a four-year term and one director shall be elected for a two-year term.2.
