Section 261E.10 - Career academies1. As used in this section, "career academy" means the same as defined in section 256.125.2. A career academy course may qualify as a concurrent enrollment course if it meets the requirements of section 261E.8.3. The school district providing secondary education under this section shall be eligible for supplementary weighting under section 257.11, subsection 2, and the community college shall be eligible for funds allocated pursuant to section 260C.18A.4.
