Section 256.178 - Organization - bylaws1. The commission, under the authority of the higher education division of the department, shall draw up its own bylaws, adopt rules under chapter 17A, and do such other things as may be necessary and incidental in the administration of this part, including the housing and fixing the bond of persons required to carry out its functions and responsibilities. A decision of the commission is final agency action under chapter 17A.2.
