Section 256.101 - Iowa school for the deaf - transportation reimbursementFunds appropriated to the Iowa school for the deaf for payments to the parents or guardians of pupils in that institution shall be expended as follows:
1. Transportation reimbursement at a rate established annually by the department to the parents or guardians of children who do not reside in the institution, but are transported to the institution on a daily basis.2.
