Section 252K.904 - Effective date - pending matters1. This chapter takes effect July 1, 2015.2. A tribunal of this state shall apply this chapter beginning July 1, 2015, with the following conditions: a. Matters pending on July 1, 2015, shall be governed by this chapter.b. Pleadings and accompanying documents on pending matters are sufficient if the documents substantially comply with the requirements of this chapter in effect on June 30, 2015.Amended by 2015 Iowa, ch 110,s 74, eff. 7/1/2015.
