Section 225.1 - [Effective Until 7/1/2025] Establishment - definitions1. The state psychiatric hospital is established. The hospital shall be especially designed, kept, and administered for the care, observation, and treatment of those persons who are afflicted with abnormal mental conditions.2. For the purposes of this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: a.
