Section 214A.1A - Administration and enforcement1. This chapter shall be administered and enforced by the department which may adopt rules under chapter 17A to carry out the provisions of this chapter.2. The department may adopt rules necessary to administer and enforce this chapter in conjunction with chapter 214.
