Section 214A.18 - MTBE prohibition1. A person shall not do any of the following:a. Sell motor fuel containing more than trace amounts of MTBE in this state.b. Store motor fuel containing more than trace amounts of MTBE in a motor fuel storage tank located in this state.2. As used in this section, "trace amounts" means not more than one-half of one percent by volume.
