Section 178.2 - Duties and objects of associationThe Iowa state dairy association shall:
1. Promote dairy test associations, shows, and sales.2. Publish a breeders' directory.3. Furnish such general instruction and assistance, either by institutes or otherwise, as it may deem proper, to advance the general interests of the dairy industry.4.
