Section 166B.1 - DefinitionsAs used in this chapter:
1."Classical swine fever" means the contagious, infectious, and communicable disease of swine commonly known as hog cholera.2."Destroy" means condemn under state authority and slaughter or otherwise kill as a result of or pursuant to such condemnation.3."Exposed" means all swine in physical contact with a known infected herd or tended by a person having direct contact with an infected herd.86 Acts, ch 1245, §619; 2012 Acts, ch 1095, § 41, 42
