Section 2B.6 - Duties of Iowa Code editorThe Iowa Code editor shall:
1. Submit recommendations as the Iowa Code editor deems proper to each general assembly for the purpose of amending, revising, codifying, and repealing portions of the statutes which are inaccurate, inconsistent, outdated, conflicting, redundant, or ambiguous, and present the recommendations in bill form to the appropriate committees of the general assembly.2. Provide for the publication of all of the following:a. The Iowa Acts as provided in section 2B.10.b. The Iowa Code as provided in section 2B.12.3.
