Section 10A.202 - Labor services - responsibilities1. The division is responsible for the administration of the laws of this state under chapters 88 and 89B and sections 85.67A and 85.68, and such other duties assigned to the division or commissioner. The executive head of the division is the commissioner, appointed pursuant to section 10A.203.2.
