Section 7-1-1115 - Maintenance of federal branch or agency(a) A foreign bank licensed under this article to establish and maintain a Georgia state branch or Georgia state agency shall not concurrently maintain a federal branch or federal agency in this state.(b) A foreign bank which maintains a federal branch or federal agency in this state shall not concurrently be licensed under this article to maintain a Georgia state branch or Georgia state agency.Added by 2023 Ga.
