Section 5-3-6 - Petitioning for review(a) A petitioner invokes the appellate jurisdiction of a reviewing court under this chapter by filing a petition for review with the clerk of the reviewing court. (b) The consent of the lower judicatory shall not be required for the filing of a petition for review.Added by 2022 Ga.
