Section 47-17-63 - [See Note] Coordination to ensure funding

The board, the Georgia Emergency Communications Authority, and the Department of Revenue shall coordinate to the extent necessary to ensure that the fund receives the amounts that it is owed pursuant to subsection (a) of Code Section 38-3-188.

Added by 2022 Ga. Laws 650,§ 4, eff. 7/1/2022, only if it is determined to have been concurrently funded as provided in Chapter 20 of Title 47 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, the "Public Retirement Systems Standards Law".
