No provision in a contract, statement of terms or conditions, or any other purported agreement, including, but not limited to, a choice of law provision, a waiver or limitation, or a purported waiver or limitation, may be utilized to prevent the application of this chapter or prevent, limit, or otherwise interfere with any person's or entity's right to cooperate with the Attorney General or to file a complaint with the Attorney General. Any such provision shall be null and void and unenforceable as contrary to public policy, and a court or arbitrator shall not enforce or give effect to any such provision.
