Section 39-4A-6 - [See Note] "Unmanageable" defined

As used in Article III of the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children contained in Code Section 39-4A-7, the term "unmanageable" means, with reference to this state, the same as the term "child in need of services" as defined in Code Section 15-11-2.
