Section 31-12A-13 - Construction(a) This chapter shall not be construed to permit smoking where it is otherwise restricted by other applicable laws.(b) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as to repeal the provisions of Code Section 16-12-2.(c) This chapter shall be liberally construed so as to further its purposes.Added by 2005 Ga.
