Section 12-5-180.2 - Fire sprinkler protection systems; limitation on fee for water service(a) The purpose of this Code section is to encourage the use of fire sprinkler protection systems.(b) No county, municipal, or other public water system shall charge or assess a separate fee for water service for fire sprinkler protection systems for more than the costs to provide such service.Added by 2018 Ga.
