Section 12-5-132 - Effect of part(a) Nothing in this part shall affect oil and gas drilling operations covered by Part 2 of Article 2 of Chapter 4 of this title.(b) Nothing in this part shall affect the regulation of ground-water use by the division pursuant to Part 2 of this article.
