Section 9-15-47 - Disposition of revenue from sales, etc., of swamp and overflowed lands

Any revenue derived from the sale or adjustment of any swamp and overflowed lands as provided in this article shall be paid by the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources to the State Department of Mental Health.
