The boundary lines and corporate limits of the Town of Hayden in Blount County are altered and rearranged and extended to include within the corporate limits of the Town of Hayden, in addition to the lands now included, all of the following territory:

A parcel of land located in the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 19, Township 13 South, Range 3 West, Blount County, Alabama. Containing 3.00 acres, more or less, and being more particularly described as follows: Commence at 1/2" rebar found representing the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 19; thence run S 89°15'36" E along the monumented North boundary of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 19 for 235.79'; thence run S 00°44'24" W for 27.32' to a 1/2" rod set at the point of intersection with the South right of way of Double Pond Trail (60' R.O.W.) (DB.327, PG. 367), and the point of beginning of the parcel herein described; thence run S 88°28'20" E along the S right of way of said Double Pond Road for 303.23' to a 1/2" rod set; thence run N 89°29'39" E along said right of way for 144.82' to a 1/2" rod set; thence run along a undefined curve and right of way to the right having a chord bearing of S 82°40'13" E with a chord distance of 130.93' to a point of intersection with the Northwest right of way of Blount County Highway No.5 (80'R.O.W.); thence run along said undefined curve and right of way to the left having a chord bearing of S 55°11'01" W for a chord distance of 218.42' to a 1/2" rod set; thence run along said undefined curve to the left having a chord bearing of S 36°24'41" W for a chord distance of 266.82' to a 1/2" rod set; thence run along said undefined curve and right of way to the left having a chord bearing of S 20°46'05" W for a chord distance of 217.90' to a 1/2" rod set; thence leaving said right of way, run N 16°01'53" W for 589.62' to the point of beginning.

Commence at the SW corner of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 15, Township 13 South, Range 2 West, a 1 1/2" open pipe and run northerly along the westerly line of said 1/4 section a distance of 97.04 feet to the point of beginning of the parcel of land herein described; thence continue northerly along said 1/4 line a distance of 375.00 feet to a 1/2" rebar on the southwesterly right of way of Chestnut Drive; thence turn right 125°00'21" and run southeasterly along said right of way a distance of 344.00 feet; thence turn right 6°41'45" and continue along said right of way a distance of 156.00 feet; thence leaving said right of way turn right 67°25'41" and run southwesterly a distance of 300.43 feet; thence turn right 105°52'34" and run northwesterly a distance of 366.00 feet to the point of beginning.
