Section 45-49-30 - Mowa Band of the Choctaw Indian Commission of Mobile County, Alabama

There is created and established in Mobile County a commission to be known as the Mowa Band of the Choctaw Indian Commission of Mobile County, Alabama, hereinafter referred to as the commission.
