Section 45-49-102.26 - School council - Open meetings

The meetings of the school council in a pilot program shall be open to the public and all interested persons may attend. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the exceptions to open meetings provided in the sunshine law, Section 13A-14-2, shall apply.
