Section 45-45-121.13 - Ratification of existing employee handbook and pay plan

Any employee handbook and any pay plan adopted by the Personnel Board of Madison County prior to April 14, 2022, shall remain in full force and effect until revoked, revised, or modified by majority vote of the county commission.
