Section 45-39A-11.27 - Expiration of tourism improvement district

If a tourism improvement district expires due to the time limit set pursuant to subdivision (8) of Section 45-39A-11.23, a new tourism improvement district plan may be established or the expiring tourism improvement district may be renewed pursuant to this subpart.
