Section 45-37-190 - Jefferson County Legislative Delegation Office(a) This section shall only apply in Jefferson County.(b) There is hereby established the Jefferson County Legislative Delegation Office. The personnel for the legislative delegation office shall be selected and serve at the pleasure of the delegation. The employees shall receive the same benefits and be subject to the same rules and regulations as employees of the state Merit System regarding retirement, leave accrual and usage, and insurance benefits.Ala.
