Section 45-22-90.01 - Distrubution of proceeds(a) The Cullman County Community Development Commission is abolished. (b)(1) The Community Development Fund within the Cullman County Treasury is abolished. (2) Any remaining monies in the Community Development Fund shall be transferred to the Cullman County Legislative Delegation Fund. Ala. Code § 45-22-90.01 (1975)
