Section 34-25A-14 - Applicability of Ethics Law; Sunset Law(a) The members of the board and all employees of the board shall be subject to the State Ethics Law, Sections 36-25-1 to 36-25-30, inclusive.(b) The board shall be subject to the Alabama Sunset Law of 1981, and shall be classified as an enumerated agency pursuant to Section 41-20-3. The board shall automatically terminate on October 1, 2006, unless continued as therein provided and, if continued, the board shall be reviewed every four years thereafter.Ala.
