Section 34-24-295 - License required(a) Any person practicing or offering to practice as an assistant to physician in this state shall be licensed and registered by the board in accordance with this article and the rules of the board.(b) There shall be no independent unsupervised practice by an assistant to physician who is granted a license to practice as an assistant to physician.Ala.
