Section 31-5-13 - Offices of department, commissioner, etc

The department and the commissioner shall maintain offices in the capital city of the state. The commissioner, under authority of the board, in addition to any service office, if deemed necessary, may set up and maintain a service office staffed by an assistant commissioner, veteran service officer, or district manager, with sufficient clerical assistance.
