Section 25-15-4 - Board meetings; committees(a) The Alabama Workforce Board shall meet at least four times per year but may meet more frequently at the call of the chairperson or the Governor.(b) Meetings of the Board and any committee established pursuant to this subsection shall be conducted pursuant to the Open Meetings Act.(c) The Governor, or the chairperson with the consent of the Governor, may establish and dissolve standing and ad hoc committees. The Governor, or the chairperson with the consent of the Governor, shall appoint the chair and members of all standing and ad hoc committees.Ala. Code § 25-15-4 (1975)
