Section 23-1-430 - Definitions. (This section terminates April 26, 2018, if no revenue is created.)

As used in this article, the following words have the following meanings:

(1) DEPARTMENT. The Department of Transportation.

(2) FUND. The Alabama Transportation Safety Fund.
