Section 20-2B-16 - Repealer(a) This chapter shall be repealed on February 1, 2026, unless extended by an act of the Legislature.(b) The provisions of this chapter shall be limited to investigations initiated by law enforcement officers and law enforcement agencies, as defined in Section 36-21-40.Ala.
