Section 2-15-65 - Issuance and disposition of bills of sale by markets; information to be shown on bills of sale(a) Every livestock market shall, upon the sale of any livestock, issue a bill of sale in duplicate and, thereupon, deliver one copy of such bill of sale to the buyer and retain one on file for a period of at least 24 months in the office of the livestock market.(b) The type of information to be shown on such bills of sale may be prescribed by rules and regulations adopted by the board.Ala.
