Section 16-68-4 - Report to Governor and Legislature regarding implementation of chapter requirementsThe boards of trustees of each public institution of higher education shall submit to the Governor and the Legislature a report that details both of the following:
(1) The course of action implemented to ensure compliance with the requirements of this chapter by September 29, 2020.(2) Any changes or updates to the chosen course of action within 30 days after making the changes or updates.Ala. Code § 16-68-4 (1975)
