Section 16-33D-7 - Report; consultation(a) The commission shall provide an annual report to the Chair of the House Ways and Means Education Committee and the Chair of the Senate finance and Taxation Education Committee to account for the use of funds and the effectiveness of the grant program established under this article.(b) The commission shall consult with the Alabama Commission on the Evaluation of Services to develop performance metrics and other measures of success to include in the annual report required pursuant to subsection (a). During the 2027 Fiscal Year, the program shall undergo an evaluation by the Alabama Commission on the Evaluation of Services to determine whether the program is impacting the determined measures of success.Ala.
