Section 15-13-211 - Licensure requirementsEach individual applicant shall meet all of the following criteria, demonstrating that he or she:
(1) Is at least 21 years of age.(2) Has not been declared by any court of competent jurisdiction incompetent by reason of mental defect or disease unless a court of competent jurisdiction has subsequently declared the applicant competent.(3) Has not been convicted of a crime of moral turpitude, with the board having the final determination on the interpretation of moral turpitude.(4) Has not been convicted of a felony.(5) Has successfully completed pre-licensure education administered by an educational provider approved by the board.Ala.
