Section 13A-6-41 - Unlawful imprisonment in the first degree(a) A person commits the crime of unlawful imprisonment in the first degree if he restrains another person under circumstances which expose the latter to a risk of serious physical injury.(b) Unlawful imprisonment in the first degree is a Class A misdemeanor.Ala.
