Section 13A-6-287 - Financial exploitation of an adult with a disability in the third degree(a) The financial exploitation of an adult with a disability in which the value of the property taken does not exceed five hundred dollars ($500) constitutes financial exploitation of an adult with a disability in the third degree.(b) Financial exploitation of an adult with a disability in the third degree is a Class A misdemeanor.Ala.
