(a) A person commits the crime of riot if, with five or more other persons, he wrongfully engages in tumultuous and violent conduct and thereby intentionally or recklessly causes or creates a grave risk of public terror or alarm.(b) Riot is a Class A misdemeanor.Ala. Code § 13A-11-3 (1975)
