Section 13A-10-45 - Hindering apprehension of escapee(a) A person commits the crime of hindering the apprehension of an escapee if, with the intent to hinder the apprehension of a person known to have escaped from a detention facility, he renders criminal assistance to such person.(b) Hindering apprehension of an escapee is a Class A misdemeanor.Ala.
