Section 14169.39 - Supplemental payments not made in quarter fee obligation exists

Notwithstanding any other provision of this article or Article 5.228 (commencing with Section 14169.1), supplemental payments or other payments under Article 5.228 (commencing with Section 14169.1) shall only be required and payable in any quarter for which a fee payment obligation exists.
