Section 11740 - Validity and sufficiency of signature or countersignature of officer who ceases to be officer

In case any officer whose signature or countersignature appears on the bonds or coupons ceases to be such officer before the delivery of the bonds to the purchaser, his signature or countersignature shall nevertheless be valid and sufficient for all purposes the same as if he had remained in the office until the delivery of the bonds.
