Section 10825 - Legislative intent(a) It is the intent of the Legislature in enacting this part to allow levels of water management planning commensurate with the numbers of customers served and the volume of water supplied.(b) This part does not require the implementation of water use efficiency programs or practices that are not locally cost effective.Amended by Stats 2018 ch 15 (AB 1668),s 14, eff. 1/1/2019.Added by Stats 2009 ch 4 (SB X7-7),s 4, eff. 1/1/2010.
