Section 10750.2 - Applicability of part(a) Subject to subdivision (b), this part applies to all groundwater basins in the state.(b) This part does not apply to any portion of a groundwater basin that is subject to groundwater management by a local agency or a watermaster pursuant to other provisions of law or a court order, judgment, or decree, unless the local agency or watermaster agrees to the application of this part.Added by Stats. 1992, Ch. 947, Sec. 2.
