Section 81640 - General manager, financial officer, and secretary; establishment of other offices

The board shall appoint a general manager, a financial officer, and a secretary. The board may establish other offices that may be necessary or convenient. The board shall appoint, and prescribe the duties, compensation, and terms and conditions of employment of, all officers.
