Section 79104.100 - Lake Elsinore and San Jacinto Watershed Subaccount(a) There is hereby created in the account the Lake Elsinore and San Jacinto Watershed Subaccount.(b) For the purposes of this article, "subaccount" means the Lake Elsinore and San Jacinto Watershed Subaccount created by subdivision (a).Ca.
