Section 78681 - Sacramento Valley Water Management and Habitat Protection Subaccount

(a) There is hereby created in the account the Sacramento Valley Water Management and Habitat Protection Subaccount.

(b) For the purposes of this article, "subaccount" means the Sacramento Valley Water Management and Habitat Protection Subaccount created by subdivision (a).
